     10、 slowly pull up the beam to around 2M height of the construction by 4 people.

     11、Install lighting and sound equipment on the beam;

     12、Pull the hoist together by 4 people to a predetermined height and stop

     13、Place a tube under the top section to act as a safeguard then the construction is completed.
